We are a nonprofit public benefit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to serving underserved individuals and families through food assistance, community outreach, and compassionate support.


Mission: Inspired by Matthew 14:17–19, “five loaves and two fishes… He blessed and gave,” the organization seeks to provide food, relief, and support to underserved individuals and communities.


Tax-Exempt Status: 5 Bread 2 Fish is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
